    Wahooz!! Bob Dylan's gonna be in Salina!...But it's on my birthday and I promised that I would not take that day off. Shiiiiiit.. Oh well, at least I get to see Garfunkel in November.
    School is so boring.. I have senioritus really really bad and I simply do not care. On a happier note: trig was explained to me today and, guess what? I UNDERSTOOD IT! I'm so damned proud of myself. In AP Lit. we're reading Oedipus Rex. It's crazy. Almost as crazy as the myth of Leda and the Swan (swan rape! D;) or Faulkner's "A Rose for Emily". Literature is so creepy and perverse. My internship at the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) is going splendidly. I love going out to the field. Last Wednesday, I learned how to survey a field and today, we went out to some farm in Smolan to check a field so they can put waterways in. Very cool. All in all, I'm actually pretty happy with all my courses this year. Amazingly enough, an easy year. Here's my schedule:
    1) Orchestra
    2) AP Statistics
    3) AP Literature and Composition
    4) Student Aide (AKA free labor service)
    5) Physics
    6) French 2
    7) Career Internship
    Next semester, Career Internship will be replaced with AP Government and Politics.
    Tomorrow is October and that means 23 days of legal childhood left. YAY. On that day, I don't have school so I'm going out to invest in stocks, register to vote, sign up for a Sam's Club membership, and buy a cigar. Maybe some pr0n. I'll also be able to date David. That will be the sweetest thing.
    I have my Halloween costume already picked (we can dress up at work). I'm going as John Wilkes Booth and my friend is going as Abraham Lincoln. I went out and bought the mustache yesterday and will soon purchase the water gun and white stuff to wrap my leg in. XD
